At Woodlore International Inc., we believe in transparency and clear expectations. Here you’ll find the key terms that govern our sales, ordering, and delivery processes. Please review this information carefully before placing an order.
Product Specifications & Pricing
All illustrations, specifications, and prices reflect the most current information available at the time of publication. However, Woodlore reserves the right to modify products, pricing, materials, finishes, and specifications at any time, without prior notice.
How to Place an Order
To ensure complete accuracy, all orders must be submitted in writing. Please note:
We do not process telephone orders without written confirmation.
If there is a discrepancy between a product code and its description, the product code takes precedence in order processing.
Order Acknowledgements
Once your order is received, Woodlore will issue a written order acknowledgement. It is the dealer’s/purchaser’s responsibility to review and verify all order details. Woodlore will fulfill the order based on the information provided in this acknowledgement.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders are scheduled into production in what we refer to as a Closed Schedule.
No changes or cancellations can be made within 7 business days of the scheduled ship date.
Orders within a Closed Schedule are considered final and locked for production.
Pricing & Tax
All prices are listed as suggested retail and do not include applicable taxes. Prices and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Brampton, Ontario facility.
All deliveries are dock-to-dock.
Please inspect shipments upon arrival for any visible damage or shortages.
Any damage must be noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery in order to file a claim with the carrier.
Payment Terms
Standard terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices are generated when the order is ready for shipment. Ownership of products remains with Woodlore International Inc. until payment is received in full.
Storage Policy
If an order is not picked up within 2 business days of its ready date, a storage charge may apply. Weights & Dimensions
Published weights and measurements are approximate. For precise product dimensions, please refer to Page 4 of our current Price List.
