Shipping Department

Whether your product needs to be placed on skids or hand-bombed, or your delivery is to a distribution centre, dealer location, or direct to site, we can accommodate all your shipping needs. Barcode scanning capabilities and 16 loading docks ensures your product gets out the door without delay.

Packaging and Delivery

All products manufactured for you will carry your brand identification on labeling and packaging. Our packaging consists of high-density expanded polypropylene corners, corrugated bottom and top caps, vertical edge protectors and clear stretch wrap, ensuring increased visibility for proper orientation when handling, while minimizing packaging waste. Barcode scanning ensures speed and accuracy, and we manage all logistics and shipping requirements to your distribution facility or direct to the customer site.

Woodlore casegoods are packaged using expanded polypropylene protectors, recycled pulp corners and corrugated trays, all wrapped in stretch film. This has reduced both packaging waste and shipping damage.

8 Day Shipping

At Woodlore, quick-ship is standard. We ship any catalogued product, in any of our 24 standard finishes in 8 business days from receipt of order, with no quantity limitations. If you need it faster, just let us know. Processes are in place to expedite shipping for those times when it just can’t wait. When it comes to custom product, Woodlore can design, engineer and deliver the majority of custom product requirements in 2-4 weeks, depending on the level of complexity.

Shipping

Shipments are F.O.B. Woodlore’s factory in Brampton, Ontario, Canada unless otherwise stipulated. All deliveries are dock-to-dock. Every effort is made to ensure secure packaging for shipments. Upon delivery, please examine product for damages or shortages. Visible damage must be noted on shipping documents in order to place a freight claim with the carrier.

Terms

Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. All invoices will be dated and issued when order is ready for shipping. Any product sold shall remain the property of Woodlore International Inc. until paid for in full.
